Good Afternoon SAU 90 Staff and Families,

Earlier today the NH Department of Education shared information from the NH Information and Analysis Center (NHIAC) indicating that there have been threads on TikTok suggesting possible school violence on Friday, December 17th.  Neither NHIAC nor our local police department is aware of any specific or credible school threats.

We are working closely with law enforcement in our community to monitor these concerns.  We have every reason to believe that our schools will remain a safe place on Friday.  We are working with our SRO’s and Hampton Police to ensure higher visibility and vigilance around our schools and campus on Friday, December 17.  Our students’ and staff safety remains our number one priority.

As always, we urge everyone: if you see/hear something, say something.  Please report any concerns to the Hampton Police Department, school principal, or me.  Our anonymous tip line can also be accessed here

Sincerely,

Dr. Lois B. Costa

Superintendent
