Dear SAU 90 Staff and Families,
The school year is underway, and all of our students seem to be settling into new routines nicely. This past week, I had the opportunity to spend time at Hampton Academy. Please be sure to check out our Facebook page which showcases highlights from my visit.
With that in mind, we are looking forward to kicking off our joint parent series with SAU21, Connecting Caring Adults. Our first event takes place this Monday, September 28 from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Winnacunnet High School. Babysitting is available and pizza will be provided. Please RSVP so that we can plan accordingly.
A reminder that we are partnering with Lane Memorial Library on this year’s community read and conversation. The book chosen by the community, I Never Thoughts Of It That Way written by Monica Guzman, is available through the SAU and Lane Memorial Library. Please reach out if you would like a copy. Our first gathering takes place on Tuesday, October 6 from 7-8 PM at Hampton Academy Cafeteria.
In closing, we are continuing our partnership with the Cook Center. All of these are free to our families and staff and HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant. We hope you find them helpful. The upcoming Ask A Therapist Live is scheduled for October 27.
