Dear SAU 90 Staff and Families,
With autumn beginning next week, please help students prepare for shifting temperatures by dressing in layers, staying hydrated, and seeking assistance if needed.
If you have not yet returned the start-of-year forms, kindly do so soon. Up-to-date contact information and a completed Free and Reduced Lunch Form ensure accurate records and help secure important federal funding.
This week our Business Administrator, Mariah Curtis, and I met with the Budget Committee to review the 2025–26 fiscal year, provide a current budget update, and begin planning for 2027–28. We value this continued collaboration.
We are also hiring substitutes for all three schools. Schedules are flexible, and daily rates are $97.50 for paraeducators, $120 for professional staff, and $200 for nurses. Applications are available online.
We are pleased to partner with SAU 21 on a Connecting Caring Adults series. Our first event, Starting: Strong: Helping Your Child Have a Successful School Year, will take place on Monday, September 28 from 5:30 – 6:30 PM at Winnacunnet High School’s lecture hall. Childcare is available and refreshments will be served. Please sign up to attend.
